Yes. GoodSync uses Windows Encrypting File System (EFS) to encrypt files and folders. GoodSync will encrypt files on the side where the Encrypt Using EFS option is specified under Browse button. GoodSync will decrypt files on the side where the Decrypt Using EFS option is specified under Browse button. EFS encryption works only on NTFS volumes and not on FAT volumes. EFS is not supported on Windows Vista Starter, Windows Vista Home Basic, Windows Vista Home Premium, Windows XP Home. You must have at least Windows XP Pro or Windows Vista Pro.
