Insurance premiums are calculated at a rate of 3.00% of the declared value of the goods, with a minimum charge of ZAR 30.00 per shipment. Borntosend offers insurance up to a maximum of R750 000.00 per parcel for both domestic and international shipments. Cover for amounts greater than R750 000.00 can also easily be arranged by contacting Borntosend’s Customer Service Department on 011-447-7675.
