Can Golden Software Programs work with latitude/longitude coordinates?

0

Golden Software Programs can work with any numeric values for the X and Y coordinates. Latitude and longitude are fine as long as they are in decimal degrees. Longitudes in the Western Hemisphere and latitudes in the Southern Hemisphere should be expressed as negative numbers. Only Didger and MapViewer have the ability to convert coordinates from one system to another. Any maps you intend to overlay in Surfer should use the same coordinate system. See the related KB topic on how to convert latitude and longitude values to decimal degrees.
