We believe the two areas of our business model feed off each other and create a great deal of synergy. Our work developing service provider research coverage contributes to our ability to provide M&A service provider management consulting and vice-versa. The major difference between the two bodies of work generally speaking is scope related. Service provider research work product is a ‘macro’ focus; what matters is the entirety of the provider’s network from a valuation (i.e. free cash flow) standpoint. The M&A management consulting space is ‘micro’ in it’s focus, where the precise hospital facility details are crucial, along with the operating conditions and competitors within these facilities immediate marketplace. Important is also is the lack of pertinent SEC filings with regards to our consulting practice, which obviously is not true of the research business practice.
