Can Ghouls regrow Limbs?
Yes, but its not automatic. (Ghouls:Fatal Addiction, pg.31) Not only is blood spent, a willpower point must be spent as well. A Stamina Roll (difficulty 8) is made. A botch means the limb may never be regrown. The difficulty is lower by one for every century the ghouls lives. • A single finger or eye cost one blood point. • A hand or foot will cost two blood points. • An arm or leg would cost three blood points.
