The laboratories are classified as PC 2, PC 3 and PC 4, the details about which can be obtained from the OGTR web site www.ogtr.gov.au. The requirements include the use of safety cabinets, specific work practices, sterilisation of equipment, airtight doors and windows, and the use of reduced air pressure in work areas.
