Can general solicitations awarded to certified local small businesses count towards my Department’s 10% requirement?

Yes. Such solicitations should be tracked as LSBRP and attributed to the 10% requirement. However, if the awardee is not already a registered LSBRP vendor, it must register and be certified by DED.
