Can Gaining Mass for Hardgainers be Done?
The quest for a beautiful body is hardly a new thing, but increasingly we see evidence that people who are attractive, fit and well muscled get special treatment and end up more successful in life. Skinny guys who realize this face a dilemma however because gaining mass for hardgainers who have genetics that keep off fat AND muscle is really difficult. I say difficult because it is NOT impossible, many skinny guy hardgainers have managed to defeat their skinny genetics and get built through months to years of hard training. While there are many scientific theories and physiological ways to build muscle mass in hard gainers that prove it IS possible you must also first have the mindset to not be a hardgainer anymore. Call yourself a gradual gainer. Call yourself an incremental gainer. Call yourself a slow gainer even. But hardgainer often actually sounds like NO gainer so dump this term from your vocabulary!
