Can funds be used for new office space rental/lease for new staff supported by CTG?
If space rental/lease is not covered under your indirect cost rate agreement; approval of such request will be on a case by case basis. Language from the FOA states, “Recipients may only expend funds for reasonable program purposes, including personnel, travel, supplies, and services, such as contractual. Recipients may not generally use HHS/CDC/ATSDR funding for the purchase of furniture or equipment. However, if equipment purchase is integral to a selected strategy, it will be considered.
