State agencies (environment and health or equivalent) that have completed the planning process to address the environmental triggers of asthma, including the development of a statewide strategy for this purpose, may request funding for demonstration projects that would help implement that strategy. Simple implementation of established programs does not fit within the parameters of this solicitation.
