Can Fuel Index Price (FIP) and Fuel Oil Price (FOP) be used in combination?

0

There are certain resources that use a mix of gas and oil. For combined cycle, gas steam and simple cycle resource types: FIP percentage + FOP percentage must equal 100 percent. For other resource types, FIP percentage + FOP percentage cannot exceed 100 percent. The only possible values that can be used are between 0 and 100. So a FIP = 100 and FOP = 0 would be the values entered for a resource that is 100 percent gas.
