Can frozen blood worms be kept at room temperature?

Im going out on a limb, but if you left “Frozen” blood worms at room temperature, they wouldn’t be frozen blood worms anymore. And yes they would go bad. Kill your fish?…I would not take the chance, but I do not know what kind of fish you are feeding. My red-bellies cost too much to take that kind of chance.
