It’s called compatibilism (David Gallagher’s links would be good to check out). But you have to redefine what you mean by “free will” in order to make it work. Normally free will is defined as the freedom to have done otherwise. A compatibilist understanding defines it as “freedom from constraint” or “freedom to do as one pleases” even if those desires are predetermined.
