Can Frank be reached after business hours?
Most folks find that knowing they have someone to talk to is comforting and reassuring. However, there are those occasions when extra support is needed. Frank encourages his clients to be independent, but he is available after hours through the Answering Service. There is no special number to remember. Just dial the office phone number. Please note that the Answering Service cannot help you with scheduling appointments. This must be handled during normal business hours. If the call is about a medical emergency, hang up immediately and dial 911 for police assistance.
