Form 1023 cannot be filed online…yet. The IRS is currently laying the groundwork for eFiling. The first step in that process is Cyber-Assistant, a web-utility that assists in the creation of Form 1023, resulting in a machine-readable application. The Foundation Group is an IRS partner-vendor in the current beta-testing. We hope to offer this utility to the public within the first half of 2009.
