“Yes, you can check foreign vendor tax ID numbers using the TIN Matching program. You can check all TINs, including SSNs, EINs, ITINs and ATINs. We confirmed this with IRS e-Services, where we spoke with Sandy Olliges (badge ID# 1753365).
