FlashBlock will work on pages where JavaScript is allowed. This is a Firefox limitation, and there’s an open bug about it, but it’s unlikely it will be fixed any time soon, because of its security implications. Obviously enough, it would be more useful blocking Flash on sites you don’t trust. Good news: you can block Flash using NoScript itself!
