A. Flamingo is committed to deliver the condominiums without delays or cost overruns per agreement with individual owners. Unless events occur that are well beyond its control such as force majeur (natural calamities & man made problems), it will keep its promise & commitment without compromising quality or timely delivery. In the event of any situation that affect construction or delivery time, Flamingo will notify its clients in writing and in full detail explaining the whole situation.
