Can Flame Dwarf Gourami and Discus live together?
I raise Discus fish and find that they would be too timid in this group, especially the Bala Sharks. Generally, single discus just hide away and die, they do much better in groups. Finally, they would not be able to feed as fast as the bala sharks and angelfish so that would just make it worse. I’m not one who says Discus have to be in a species tank but I think they mix best with corydora catfish, large tetras, and possibly a dwarf gourami but not the rest in the tank.
