No. Although Microsoft Works can use Microsoft Excel spreadsheets, it does not have the capability to work with multiple sheets in a workbook. This is required for FitnessCALC, Diet Genie, Exercise Genie and MuscleCALC. However, you can download the free OpenOffice and get started right away (except for FitnessCALC, which requires Microsoft Excel).
