Not normally, no. The reason is because NetEdit must be able to see the Host Ethernet device in his list. The list is compiled by NetEdit sending out a broadcast and having all the Host Ethernet devices respond. Since the Internet will block all broadcasting, then the list will always be blank. However, it is possible to configure a VPN (Virtual Private Network) between the locations and configure the VPN in such a way as to allow broadcasting.
