Can firms or individuals appeal sanction decisions by the Integrity Oversight Committee (IOC)?
ADB’s Integrity Principles and Guidelines provide entities on which ADB has imposed any sanction 90 days to appeal the decision and present new information, not known to the subject at the time of OAI’s initial investigations, to ADB’s Sanctions Appeal Committee (formerly Review Committee on Anticorruption).
