Yes, it will be attainable, but not in BG due to the level limitations. The highest a fighter will be able to attain is High Mastery at the moment. If you are unfamiliar with the specializations and masteries, go to Thaladar’s Scriptorium (http://scriptorium.warzone.com). He explains it very well, and has a lot of useful FR (Forgotten Realms) and AD&D info.
