Can Fidelis Care at Home members choose their own doctors?
Yes. With Fidelis Care at Home, members are able to choose their own doctor. A Nurse Care Manager will work closely with the doctor to arrange the services that each member needs, as long as the doctor agrees to work with Fidelis Care at Home. If the doctor will not work with Fidelis Care at Home, or if the member does not currently have a doctor, Fidelis Care at Home can assist the member in selecting another primary care physician in their area.
