That is a very tricky question, but there really isn’t a correct answer to it. Even you said vampires were fictional, so if they’re fictional than how do you prove it. The answer is up to you. You can believe in what you want to. So, if you think they can get AIDS and other blood stuff, than they pretty much can. And my own opinion is that vampires are so magicial like other fairy tales that they wouldn’t mind it much and it wouldn’t effect their bodies. Smart question!
