Most women who have these do not experience any pregnancy complications because of them. For those who do end up having complications the most common is abdominal pain which can be accompanied by light vaginal bleeding. If you do experience any complications the baby is rarely affected however the risk of premature labour is slightly higher if you have fibroid as they can cause the baby to be in an abnormal position for labour.
