Can Feedback be changed or removed at anytime?
Under most circumstances, Feedback submiitted in the ESalesGuru Marketplace is final. ESalesGuru reserves the right to remove Feedback under the following circumstances: • Where both the Employer and the Professional send an email requesting the Feedback record be removed. • Where a court ruling or settlement dispute agreement (provided by a recognized dispute resolution service) has deemed that the disputed feedback is slanderous, defamatory or otherwise illegal.
