Submitting the HUD Semi-Annual Performance Report is a requirement for senior and adult disability housing properties that have a Service Coordinator. FamilyMetrics does not currently generate this report. However, Pangea Foundation does offer software used by Service Coordinators working in senior and adult disability housing that generates the HUD Semi-Annual Performance Report with a click of a button.
