Absolutely! Family members are welcome and encouraged to join their family member for meals as well as the multitude of activities offered in the Health Pavilion. What charges are not covered by Medicare Part A during someone’s qualified stay? Medicare Part A does not pay for laundry, telephone, or beauty/barber shop services during a qualified stay. Those costs are the responsibility of the resident or family member. Does one need to have an affiliation with Indiana University to come to Meadowood Health Pavilion? No. The Health Pavilion is open to everyone. Do you have a dementia care unit? At this time, the Health Pavilion does not have a dedicated dementia care unit.
