Can Extension students take part in interscholastic athletic teams?

0

Students will be able to participate, provided they fulfill all of the necessary prerequisites and qualify under FHSSA guidelines for participation as a homeschooler: sports physical, FHSSA homeschool forms (EL7) completed and approved, and registration fees paid. FHSSA does not permit students who are enrolled in virtual school for 50% of their classes to participate as a homeschooled student. Because FBA sports teams play competitively, tryouts will be required for these teams. There are also developmental teams for many sports. There is a separate fee for sports participation.
