Can exposure to Chinas lead-based paint products cause autism in children?
Did the child ingest the paint? allow me to add Lead Paint ingestion can do alot of things My boyfreind (who is now 43) spent an entire year of his life in a hospital in New York because he had ingested lead paint.. before he was even 3 years old. In older homes, it isn’t uncommon for the paint to crack & peel. Apparently the most common form of lead poisoning was thought to come from peeling lead based paint. He never became autistic. He has problems with joints all over his body, but not autism.
