Can EXACT Tampons be used at night and for how long?
EXACT Tampons should be worn from 4-8 hours. You can use EXACT tampon overnight, if you sleepless than 8 hours. If you sleep longer than 8 hours you need to use a pad, or set an alarm to wake up and change the tampon. You should be using the lowest absorbency for your flow. Check this by starting with a regular absorbency tampon. If you remove it after 8 hours and there are still white fibers showing, you need to move to a lower absorbency.
