Can eVoice Receptionist send callers to Voice Message all the time?

Your eVoice Receptionist callers will be directed straight to your Voice Message whenever calls to your SmartExtension are not forwarded to any external numbers. If eVoice Receptionist is currently forwarding calls from your SmartExtensions to an external number (Destination Number) make sure you disable Call Forwarding for each desired SmartExtension, to have the calls directed straight to that SmartExtension’s Voicemail.
