Can everyone learn Reiki or Healing Touch? How are they different?
Yes! Reiki is the easiest to learn and can be used right away. The different thing about Reiki is that the ability to use it is passed on to the student by the Reiki Master Teacher. It is a very pure, beautiful process and will increase one’s spiritual awareness. With HTA and HTP there are several precise techniques taught, but they are also easy to learn. You can become a certified practitioner after completing four levels of HTA and five levels of HTP. There are several certification requirements which are outlined in their websites. Like Reiki, the work in either Healing Touch program is also very spiritual. Healing Touch for Animals is different in that it uses tuning forks and essential oils.
