Can everyone easily channelize their anger productively?
It has also been acknowledged by experts that major cause of anger-driven stress is unfulfilled desires and expectations. Stress caused due to flared up anger has to be controlled by individuals. It is how we perceive and take events in our life that governs how we may react under given situation. Our body really does not know difference between a productive and non productive stress inducer. “Stress” in layman’s language can be explained by our bodily reaction to events.
