Can everybody purchase a property in Turkey?
No, there must be both de jure and de facto reciprocity between Turkey and the nationality of the foreigner. This means that for real estate acquisition by a foreign countrys citizen in Turkey to be permissible, Turkish citizens must also have the right to acquire real estate in the aforementioned foreigners country, this right must be accepted by law and be practically applicable.
