Can EU students get funding?
Students from the EU (outside of UK) are often eligible for some funding (normally the payment of fees) – but it is the responsibility of each student to apply directly to the Students Award Agency Scotland (SAAS) once they have an offer of a place, and before they start the course. This is very important – because EU (or indeed any) students should not come to Edinburgh to start the course if they do not have confirmation of who is going to pay for their fees.
