I think there is one part that has strobe lighting but all you do is say to the guide that you have photo-sensitive epilepsy and he will arrange for you to miss that section (you just go through a different door and wait 5 minutes for the rest of the group to finish in that room and catch you up). The London Dungeon, in my opinion, is a waste of money anyway. It costs the best part of twenty quid and you’re in and out in an hour. I’d only go if I had some sort of free ticket or heavy discount.
