Can epidural hematoma lead to cerebral hypoxia?

0

Not hypoxia as much as herniation and death. Epidural bleeds aren’t in contact with brain tissue, unlike subdural and subarachnoid hemorrhage (both of which can cause vasospasm–>hypoxia and ischemia).
