Can EPA help us by providing money to hire a consultant or money to implement changes?
Although the Green Communities Program does not provide grants, we have included information on financial resources, such as public and private grant programs, at: http://www.epa.gov/greenkit/finance.htm. Also, local businesses and agencies may be willing to donate money or provide services at a reduced cost or at no cost. Plus, community members may have talents you could use, for instance in graphic design, in writing, in accounting, in marketing, in earth sciences, etc.
