Can Envisat image my test site simultaneously with MERIS, AATSR, and ASAR?

The three instruments are operated independently and these data can be acquired simultaneously. Regarding the instruments swaths, there is spatial overlap in the swaths of MERIS, AATSR and ASAR. The MERIS swath is 1150 km width, the AATSR swath is 512 km width, both are centered at nadir. The AATSR swath is therefore fully contained in the MERIS one. Note that MERIS is nominally operated in daytime, when the solar zenith angle is less than 80 degrees, while AATSR is continuously operated. When ASAR is operated in daytime, it will be possible to obtain simultaneous MERIS coverage, except at the highest incidence angles (i.e. not with IS6 and IS7 or for the far edge of the Wide Swath mode or the Global Monitoring mode). A global coverage of simultaneous ASAR low resolution images and MERIS data can be acquired approximately every 8 days. Regarding the instruments ASAR and AATSR, there is swath overlap of about 50 – 60 km between ASAR IS1 swath and the edge of the AATSR swath. Please note
