Can energy drinks make you sick?

Yes. The energy drink with all the caffeine, and sugars may speed up your heart rate and you may have a heart attack.

Energy drink does give you instant freshness but on a long look Energy drinks tend to have a high concentration of caffeine and sugar, which may cause palpitations, headaches, a higher temperature, agitation, restlessness etc. You may feel very tired once the caffeine and sugar have worked their way out of your system due to ignoring your body’s signs of tiredness initially. You may also feel dehydrated, so drink plenty of water. Unless you have these drinks regularly for no reason, you won’t become ill. They are aimed more at athletes / people with extra energy demands though.
