Can endpoints using different bandwidths be in the one conference?

Yes. The MCU has the ability to speed match different bandwidths. Of course the different endpoint sites will see and hear quality up to their capability. This means endpoints joining at 384K will see each other at that quality, but will see / hear 256K sites at the lower rate.
