Can employers select their own interview candidates?
TIP is a 100% pre-screened program. Employers submit a job description and request resumes and other application materials (cover letter, J.D. and LL.M. transcripts) in the online system. These requirements are then communicated directly to students, who will then be aware of the employer’s hiring criteria when deciding whether or not to bid for an interview. Employers must provide Georgetown Law with candidate and alternate selections in the online system by February 9, 2009.
