Can employees or candidates manipulate their results, to look better than how they really are?

No. ClearFit detects when applicants try to “fake”, so you know when candidates hype positives and conceal negatives. A score of “Distorted” means your applicant was probably trying to manipulate their assessment, rather than answering honestly. Our process has several advanced internal checks for (a) intentional distortion (applicant is trying to manipulate their results) and (b) unintentional distortion (they were distracted or preoccupied when completing the questionnaire).
