• No, the CTCI program uses WSCA Contract #A74813, which specifically requires a government PO for purchase, and instead of individuals, it is offered only to Public Educational Offices and Schools. The PO is required for purchase, lease, or buyout at end of lease. IBM as well as other major computer vendors do offer alternative discounted programs for educational employees.
