Can email that is not spam inadvertently be identified as spam?
Yes. Although rare, there is always the chance that an email that is from a known source and properly addressed to you can be identified as spam and filtered out of your inbox. We therefore suggest you periodically check your JVLNET Spam & Virus Control Center’s message center to make sure that there are no messages in there that you are expecting.
