Yes. They use EPMR. Just run Elves like this: unix% Elves ~/pdb/searchmodel.pdb ~/pdb/anothermodel.pdb /data/whatever/images/ and, after processing the image data, Elves will run epmr in every possible space group using each search model you list on the command line.
