Yes. The ElectroFlowTM microprocessor is able to sense and regulate the voltage level desired by you. This is to say that if the transformer is tapped at 415V but you are receiving 400V, the standard ElectroFlowTM will be able to increase the voltage near to 415V at the secondary side or load center.
