A – Yes. Eldo RF provides efficient analysis of VCOs (LC-tuned, ring oscillators, etc.). It is not necessary to ‘start’ the oscillator in the time domain, everything is directly computed in the frequency domain. This is one of the main advantages of frequency-domain analysis. The circuit can also contain mixers and or dividers. Eldo RF can also analyze circuits that contain several independent oscillators. A flexible VCO macro-model is also available.
